Roxgold Grants Stock Options and Performance Share Units
TORONTO, Jan. 19, 2017 /CNW/ - Roxgold Inc. ("Roxgold" or "the Company") (TSX.V: ROG) announces that in accordance with its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted senior management and executives incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,062,500 common shares, exercisable on or before January 19, 2022 at a strike price of $1.50. The incentive stock options represent the 2017 annual options grant.
The Company has also granted 1,471,667 Performance Share Units ("PSUs") to employees and executives, which are subject to certain vesting provisions.
