Caza Gold Corp. Announces Resignations of Directors

Vancouver - Caza Gold Corp. (the “Company” or “Caza”, TSX-V: CZY, FSE: CZ6) announces that Jim Defer, Michael Humphries and Mike Adams have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company thanks them for their service on the Board. The Company will be searching for an independent Board member in the near future to replace Mr. Defer.
