Northern Superior Appeals Judgment Regarding Its Action Against the Ontario Government
SUDBURY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 23, 2016) - Northern Superior Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SUP) ("Northern Superior" or the "Company") will appeal the Trial Judge's decision in the Company's lawsuit against the Government of Ontario, handed down May 25th, 2016 (see press release, May 25th, 2016). An extensive list of reasons why the Company takes issue with the ruling has been compiled and will form the basis of Northern Superior's appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeal. These reasons can be found in two documents: 1) a "Trial Judgment Summary"; and 2) the Company's "Notice of Appeal."
