IMX Resources Limited - Change of External Auditor

West Perth - IMX Resources Limited (ASX: IXR) (‘IMX’ or the ‘Company’) advises that it has appointed RSM Australia Partners (‘RSM’) as the Company’s external auditor. The appointment of RSM replaces KPMG as the Company’s external auditor.The change of external auditor has been made as part of a process of reviewing the Company’s service providers, pursuant to the spin out of its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphex Mining Limited, for which conditional approval to list on the ASX was received on 23 May 2016. The Board thanks KPMG for their service to the Company.
RSM will remain as the Company’s external auditor until the next Annual General Meeting, at which time shareholders will be required to vote on RSM’s continued appointment as auditor.
