At the meeting, shareholders also voted: (i) to approve the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the company (97.56% voted in favor), (ii) to approve the adoption of PotashCorp's 2016 Long-Term Incentive Plan (80.49% voted in favor), (iii) to approve the advisory resolution accepting PotashCorp's approach to executive compensation (92.50% voted in favor), and (iv) against a shareholder proposal (68.36% voted against).
