VANCOUVER, April 19, 2016 - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") (TSXV: RML) announces that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, the Board of Rusoro has granted 200,000 incentive stock options to an officer of the Company.
