Balmoral Files Grasset Technical Report and Annual Information Form
VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - April 01, 2016) - Balmoral Resources Ltd. ("Balmoral" or the "Company") (TSX: BAR)(OTCQX: BALMF) announced today that it has now filed on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) a National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical report entitled "Technical Report and Mineral Resource Estimate for the Grasset Ni-Cu-PGE Deposit" in support of the maiden resource estimate for the Grasset Ni-Cu-Co-PGE Deposit released on March 7, 2016 (see NR16-04). The Technical Report was prepared on behalf of Balmoral by Mr. Pierre-Luc Richard (P.Geo) and Mr. Bruno Turcotte (P.Geo) both of InnovExplo Inc. of Val d'Or, Quebec. The Company's Annual Information Form ("AIF") and year-end financial statements have also been filed.
