Perth, Australia (ABN Newswire) - On 17 December 2015, Triton Minerals Ltd. (ASX:TON) (Triton or Company) announced that the Company will be offering eligible shareholders the opportunity to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) through a pro rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of one (1) Share for every three (3) Shares held by eligible shareholders on the record date, at an issue price of $0.09 per Share to raise up to $11,296,483 (before costs), with each eligible shareholder offered one (1) free attaching option for every two (2) Shares subscribed for under the offer (Options) (Entitlement Offer). The Options are exercisable at $0.15 each and expire on 16 March 2017 and are expected to be listed subject to compliance with ASX Listing Rules.The Company advises that it has now sent the prospectus and entitlement and acceptance forms which relate to this Entitlement Offer to all eligible shareholders.
