Nighthawk's Option on Kim and Cass Properties Expires
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec 29, 2015) - Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) announces today that it has decided to allow its option to acquire the Kim and Cass properties, which include 4 contiguous mining leases adjacent to the Company's existing property in the Northwest Territories, to expire in accordance with the terms of the option agreement. By allowing the option on the Kim and Cass properties to expire, Nighthawk will preserve its cash resources and continue to focus on further exploration activities on its Indin Lake Gold Property.
Nighthawk is a Canadian-based exploration company focused on acquiring and developing gold mineral properties in the Northwest Territories, Canada.
