Stakeholder Completes Share Consolidation & Commences Private Placement
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 17, 2015) - As of December 17th, 2015, the share consolidation for Stakeholder Gold Corp.. (TSXV: SRC) ("Stakeholder" or the "Company") has taken effect. The authorized capital of the Corporation has been altered by consolidating all of the issued and outstanding Common Shares on the basis of one (1) new Common Share for every ten (10) existing Common Shares. Any fractional shares arising from the consolidation of Common Shares have been rounded down to the nearest whole share.
The Company is also pleased to announce the commencement of a non-brokered private placement for proceeds of $300,000 (3,000,000 common shares). This financing is eligible for 2015 flow-through and is priced at a post Share Consolidation price of $.10 per Common Share. The financing is expected to close at or about the end December 2015 and is subject to exchange approval.
