Mr. Renaud Hinse, President and Chief Executive Officer of Abcourt Mines Inc. (TSX-V: ABI) (the "Company") is pleased to report that all incumbent directors, Messrs. Jean-Guy Courtois, Andre De Guise, Marc Filion, Normand Hinse, Francois Mestrallet and Renaud Hinse, were re-elected for an additional term of one year at the Company's shareholders annual meeting held December 4, 2015.
Likewise, Dallaire & Lapointe Inc., professional chartered accountants of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, auditors of the Company, were re-appointed for the financial year ending on June 30, 2016.
Mr. Hinse also thanked the shareholders for their strong participation by voting close to 65 million proxies strongly favorable to the reelection of each of the candidates proposed by management.
