Rambler Metals and Mining Plc and Thundermin Resources Inc. Announce Amalgamation Agreement
Thundermin will, on completion of the amalgamation, become the wholly owned subsidiary of Rambler, and Rambler will continue to trade on the TSX-V under the symbol "RAB". The consolidated group will carry on the business of Rambler as a mining, exploration and development company.
