Nighthawk Announces Management and Board Changes
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 6, 2015) - Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) announces that Dr. Michael Byron, the Company's Chief Geologist, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Concurrently, David Wiley has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Nighthawk.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Wiley for his contributions throughout his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours.
