Strongbow Exploration Inc.: Grant of Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2015) - Strongbow Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SBW) announces that it has granted 2,220,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants. The incentive stock options have an exercise price of $0.11 per share and are valid for a 5 year period (expiring October 22, 2020). The options have a 12 month vesting period, with 20% vesting immediately and 20% vesting on a quarterly basis over the next 12 months.
The Company's Stock Option Plan allows for the issuance of up to 10% of issued and outstanding share capital in the form of incentive stock options. As a result of this grant, the Company has 2,361,000 stock options issued, representing 9.2% of the issued and outstanding share capital.

The Company recently completed the acquisition of the Coal Creek and Sleitat tin projects in Alaska as well as a concurrent $1 million private placement.
