Golden Share Announces Closing of $120,000 Hard Cash Private Placement and Issues Incentive Stock Options
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 6, 2015) - Golden Share Mining Corp. (TSXV: GSH) (the "Company" or "Golden Share") is pleased to announce the completion of previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement"). An aggregate of 2,400,000 units of the Company (the "Units") were issued at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $120,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles its holder to purchase one Common Share at the purchase price of $0.10 per share at any time during the 36-month period from the closing date.
No broker fees are payable under this Private Placement. Any securities issued under the Private Placement would be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
