President Has Ownership of More Than 10% Of Barsele Minerals Corp.

VANCOUVER, Sept. 25, 2015 - Barsele Minerals Corp. ("Barsele") - President of Barsele, Gary Cope, of 242 Turtlehead Drive, Belcarra BC V3H 4P2 announces that he has beneficial ownership of, and control and discretion over, directly or indirectly through 683192 B.C. Ltd., 12,442,800 common shares of Barsele ("Barsele Shares"), or approximately 12.05% of the issued and outstanding Barsele Shares. If Mr. Cope exercises all of the 3,327,400 warrants of Barsele and the 1,150,000 options of Barsele owned by him, he will have beneficial ownership of, and control and discretion over, directly or indirectly, 16,920,200 Barsele Shares, or 16.38% of the then issued and outstanding Barsele Shares, assuming no other convertible securities of Barsele are exercised and no other Barsele Shares are issued. Gary Cope acquired beneficial ownership of, and control or discretion over, the Barsele Shares and warrants of Barsele that are the subject of this report for investment purposes and intends to review his investment in Barsele on a continuing basis. Mr. Cope plans to continue to acquire additional securities in Barsele, both directly and indirectly.
