Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Athabasca Nuclear Corporation (TSX-V: ASC) (“Athabasca Nuclear” or the “Corporation”) reports that it has accepted the resignation of Darren Smith as a Director of the Corporation. Athabasca Nuclear would like to thank Mr. Smith for his services and wishes him well in his future endeavors.Clarification on News Release
Further to the Corporation’s news release dated September 14, 2015, Athabasca Nuclear Corporation Acquires Garland North and Orbis Nickel-Cobalt-PGM Exploration Projects, the Corporation was advised after issuance of the aforementioned that the Qualified Person on the news release erroneously included named reference to Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. in his signature. That reference was supplementary in nature and was not required for the statement. The Corporation would like to take this opportunity to clarify that Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. is not providing consulting services to Athabasca Nuclear with respect to its Garland North or Orbis projects nor was Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. involved in the acquisition of its’ Garland tenure nor its’ decision to position the Corporation in the Garland exploration camp.
