Imperial Announces Passing of Executive Officer
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug 6, 2015) - Imperial Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX:III) announces with immense sadness the passing of Kelly Findlay, the Company's Vice President Finance, on August 2, 2015. Kelly also served as a director of Huckleberry Mines Ltd. Kelly joined our Imperial team in 2001. She was instrumental in building our financial team, and was responsible for financial reporting, corporate governance and risk management.
Kelly will be remembered for her many contributions to the Company, as well as for her perseverance, determination and zest for life. Andre Deepwell, Chief Financial Officer stated "Kelly was a valued colleague and friend. She will be deeply missed.
