Premier closes final tranche of private placement

THUNDER BAY, ON, June 23, 2015 /CNW/ - Premier Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX:PG) ("Premier", "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the final $5 million tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of common shares (each, an "Offered Share") at a price of $2.35 per Offered Share. The aggregate gross proceeds of the private placement totaled approximately $27.1 million (the "Offering") from the sale of 11,544,969 Offered Shares.

The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital purposes. All Offered Shares issued under the Offering are subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX and applicable Canadian securities laws.
