VANCOUVER, June 15, 2015 - True Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce voting results from the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 15, 2015 (the "Meeting"). A total of 237,886,917 common shares were voted, representing the votes attached to 59.64% of all outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of the election of all director nominees. | Mr. Donald McInnes | 92.13% |
| Mr. Nolan Watson | 99.60% |

Shareholders also voted in favour of re-approving and ratifying the Company's 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan and approved the reappointment of Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditor of the Company.
