Alphamin Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer
PORT LOUIS, MAURITIUS--(Marketwired - May 25, 2015) - Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM) ("Alphamin" or the "Company") announced today the appointment of Mr Trevor John Faber as the Chief Operating Officer.
Subject to regulatory approval, Mr Trevor John Faber has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from the 11th May 2015. Mr Faber is a qualified Mining Engineer with over 20 years' experience in the gold, platinum and base metal mining industries.
Mr Faber has held various executive, operational, construction and project management roles throughout his career. In the last 13 years, he has worked for listed companies such as Metorex (Pty) Ltd and Ridge Mining (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd. He has, of late, been responsible for execution of projects ranging in value from USD 100 million to more than USD 300 million. He has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams from exploration through feasibility on to construction, commissioning and handover to operations.
The Company wishes to welcome Mr Faber as the new Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
