Rokmaster and TMI Extend Closing
VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - May 01, 2015) - Rokmaster Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: RKR) (LMA: RKR) ("Rokmaster" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that per the Letter Agreement dated April 2, 2015 between the Company and the shareholders of Transworld Mining Investments S.A.C. ("TMI"), the parties have extended the closing date from on or before May 2, 2015 to on or before June 2, 2015.
In addition, TMI has informed the Company that it has been granted an extension to its Option to Purchase the Flotation Plant (see Rokmaster's news release dated April 2, 2015) for six months from April 21, 2015 to October 21, 2015, at no additional cost.
