Reservoir Minerals Earn-In Partner Withdraws from Parlozi Option Agreement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2015) - Reservoir Minerals Inc. ("Reservoir" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RMC)(PINKSHEETS:RVRLF)(BERLIN:9RE) reports that Midlands Minerals Corporation ("Midlands"), has given notice to terminate the Parlozi option agreement effective May 6, 2015.
Simon Ingram, President and CEO stated: "We have been advised that Midlands are withdrawing for strategic reasons. All parties involved believe that the geological merits of the project have not changed and that it warrants further exploration. Reservoir will be actively searching for a new partner to test targets uncovered through ground magnetic survey, structural mapping and geological modeling completed by Midlands."
