Golden Hope to Raise up to $200,000
Montreal, Quebec / TheNewswire / April 20, 2015 - Golden Hope Mines Ltd. (TSX-V: GNH) (the "Company" or "Golden Hope") wishes to announce a non-brokered private placement financing to raise up to $200,000 from eligible participants through the sale of up to 2,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable for up to 24 months from the date of closing at $0.25.
The Company may pay a finder's fee of up to 8% either payable in cash or securities of the Company or a combination of both. The net proceeds of the financing will be used for business development purposes and general working capital. Any shares issued will be subject to a four month plus one day hold period.
The above financing is subject to regulatory approval.
