SAS Announces Resignation of Chair of the Board
TORONTO, Feb. 18, 2015 /CNW/ - St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (TSX-SAS) (OTCQX-STADF), ("SAS" or the "Company"), today announced that effective immediately, Mr. Graham Farquharson has resigned as Chair of the Board and as a director of the Company.
The Company and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Farquharson for his support and invaluable contributions as Chair over the past two years and as a director since 2009.
