Gold Royalties Corporation Appoints Sam Wong as Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, Feb. 18, 2015 - Gold Royalties Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GRO) ("Gold Royalties" or "Company") is pleased to report that it has appointed Mr. Sam Wong, Chartered Accountant, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation effective February 15, 2015."We are pleased to appoint Mr. Wong as the Chief Financial Officer of Gold Royalties Corporation. The company stands to benefit greatly from his experience as a Chartered Accountant and as the CFO of significant publicly-traded resource companies," stated Ryan Kalt, Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
Mr. Wong is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Gold Corp and Lowell Copper Ltd. Prior to those positions, Mr. Wong was the Corporate Controller at Luna Gold Corp where he oversaw the finance division during Luna's transition from development through to commercial production. Mr. Wong is a Chartered Accountant and articled at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Vancouver, BC where he specialized in assurance and advisory for mining companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of British Columbia.
Officer Resignation
Gold Royalties Corporation concurrently advises that Mr. Ian Fleming has resigned, effective February 15, 2015, as CFO of the Corporation. The Corporation and its Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Fleming for his efforts and wishes him well on his new chosen career path.
