Tosca Resources Announces Close of Private Placement Financing

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Tosca Resources Corporation (TSQ.V) (TQ4.FSE) reported today that it had closed on a previously announced (January 12, 2015) private placement of 3,310,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $165,500. Each unit consisted of one common share and one/half share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of one year, expiring January 14, 2016. The shares forming part of the units and any shares acquired on exercise of the warrants are subject to restrictions on resale until May 15, 2015. There were no finder’s fees payable in respect of the placement.
