- Election of Board of Directors: Jennifer Boyle, Abraham Drost, James Macintosh, Peter MacPhail, Bruce Reid, Chris Richter, Donald Sheldon, Harold Shipes, and Nick Tintor were elected as Directors of the Company for the ensuing year.
- Appointment of Auditors: KPMG LLP re-elected as the Auditor of the Company for the ensuing year.
- Approval of Stock Option Plan: Reapproved the Company's stock option plan
- Approval of Shareholder Rights Plan: Reapproved the Company's Shareholder Rights Plan
