TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired - Nov 20, 2014) - Minsud Resources Corp. ("Minsud" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MSR) is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 1,140,000 incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan, inclusive of an aggregate of 760,000 options issued to certain directors and officers. The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share, all of which shall vest one-quarter (1/4) on November 20, 2014, one-quarter (1/4) on May 20, 2015, one-quarter (1/4) on November 20, 2015, and one-quarter (1/4) on May 20, 2016, and shall be exercisable for a term of five years, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. As of the date hereof, a total of 6,395,000 common shares of the Company are subject to options outstanding under the Company's stock option plan.About Minsud Resources Corp:
