Premier Gold reports update on developments at Hardrock
THUNDER BAY, ON, Nov. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Premier Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX:PG) ("Premier" or "the Company") and LONG LAKE #58 FIRST NATION ("LLFN") are pleased to announce the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding ("MOU"). This MOU supports the on-going efforts of LLFN and Premier in developing a joint process that will detail how the Parties will undertake to negotiate a formal agreement relating to the development of the Hardrock Project.
LLFN is pleased with Premier's on-going conduct and the respect that they have shown while working within the consultation and accommodation protocol that LLFN has established for companies that work within their traditional territory. Chief Allen Towegishig emphasized that "this is the next step in our relationship with Premier Gold and we will continue to work cooperatively with them for the benefit of both Parties."
