Toronto, Ontario -- (Newsfile Corp. - March 7, 2014) - Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement of $700,000 through the issuance of 14,000,000 common shares at 5 cents per share.
