CLEVELAND - April 25, 2014 - Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris:
CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled its annual
meeting of shareholders to be held on July 29, 2014.  Shareholders of record as
of the close of business on June 2, 2014 will be entitled to vote at the annual
meeting.
