Golden Bridge Mining Announces Stock Option Grants

Toronto, Ontario -- (Newsfile Corp. - April 24, 2014) - Golden Bridge Mining Corporation (TSXV: GBM) ("Golden Bridge" or the "Company"), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), hereby announces that it has granted an aggregate of 276,000 stock options to certain directors and officers of the corporation. The stock options are exercisable into common shares at a price of $0.30 per Common Share for a term of five years from the date of grant.The stock options remain subject to receipt of regulatory approval, including final approval of the TSXV.
