Highbank Signs Letter of Intent for Increased Aggregate Commitment With North Coast Concrete

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 25, 2014) - Highbank Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Highbank") (TSX VENTURE:HBK)(FRANKFURT:V7O) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with North Coast Concrete of Prince Rupert. North Coast Concrete has committed to accept 150,000 tons of aggregate based on the ability of Highbank to meet the specifications and delivery requirements as stipulated, for use in concrete to supply construction projects in the Port of Prince Rupert and area, for one year from the date of the LOI.
