Santacruz Silver Mining Announces Closing of Underwriters' Over-Allotment Option
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - March 20, 2014) - Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SCZ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James Ltd., the underwriters of the Company's recently closed common share offering (together, the "Underwriters"), have completed the exercise of their over-allotment option and have purchased an additional 1,312,500 common shares of the Company (the "Over-Allotment Shares") at a price of $1.00 per share for gross proceeds of $1,312,500.
Aggregate gross proceeds from the common share offering and the over-allotment option total $12,062,500.
The Underwriters received a cash fee equal to 6% of the gross proceeds and warrants ("Broker Warrants") equal to 6% of the Over-Allotment Shares. Each Broker Warrant is exercisable for one common share of the Company at $1.00 per share for a period of 24 months.
