The report was prepared in compliance with National Instrument 43-101, standards for disclosure for mineral projects, and may be found under the Company's profile on SEDAR and on Bayfield's web site. The technical report supports the disclosure contained in Bayfield's news release issued on Feb. 18, 2014, summarizing the Technical Report for the Company's 100% owned Rainy River "B" Block property. The report also provides further information on the project's history, precious metal exploration results, exploration potential, as well as an overview of the regional geology.
