TORONTO, Jan. 22, 2014 - DELISTING REVIEW - Colossus Minerals Inc. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2014-0042 dated January 14, 2014, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: CSI), unsecured gold-linked notes (Symbol: CSI.NT) and common share purchase warrants of the Company (Symbol: CSI.WT.A and CSI.WT.B) (collectively, the "Securities") of the Company at the close of business on February 21, 2014 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
