Compensation Shares

("American Vanadium" or the "Company") (TSX.V: AVC) (OTCQX: AVCVF) reports that it has granted 150,000 compensation shares to Michael Hyslop, Director of Corporate Development, to be issued as to 50,000 shares upon TSX Venture Exchange approval (which has been received) and 25,000 shares on each of March 31, 2014, June 30, 2014, Sept 30, 2014 and December 31, 2014.
