Oremex Silver Requisitioned Meeting of Shareholders Will Be Held on November 26

Concept Capital Management Encourages Shareholders to Vote YELLOW Proxy

TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - The concerned shareholders of Oremex Silver Inc. (Oremex or Company), led by Concept Capital Management Ltd. and Sprott Asset Management LP, will continue with the requisitioned meeting of shareholders at the office of Heenan Blaikie LLP, 333 Bay Street, Suite 2900, Bay Adelaide Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 26, 2013.

As announced on September 27, 2013 the concerned shareholders issued a valid meeting requisition to the Company and in response Oremex called a meeting for November 26, 2013. The concerned shareholders do not believe the current board's interests are aligned with its shareholders and are seeking a change to the board composition at the upcoming meeting. To date, the concerned shareholders have received significant support from shareholders who agree that now is the time for change.

Shareholders who have not yet voted are encouraged to submit their YELLOW proxy
before the cut-off on Friday, November 22, 2013.

The concerned shareholders collectively own or control through affiliates approximately 18.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Oremex. The concerned shareholders urge all shareholders to support the proposed independent nominees to the board of directors of Oremex on November 26, 2013 and put a stop to the ongoing mismanagement of the company by the current board.
