Tantalus Rare Earths AG: Annual General Meeting
- New Supervisory Board members elected
Grünwald, 24 September 2013. On 20 September 2013, the Annual General Meeting of Tantalus Rare Earths AG took place in Grünwald. Beside other items, the shareholders of the Company elected three new members of the Supervisory Board after the reduction of the Supervisory Board from 6 to 3 members has been resolved. Mr. Ulrich Krauskopf who was a member of the Supervisory Board already before has been re-elected and, later on, was also elected as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In addition, Mr. Kai-Norman Knötsch and Mr. Carlo Schneider have also been elected as members of the Supervisory Board.
In addition to the changes concerning the Supervisory Board of the Company, the shareholders also approved all other proposals made by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board contained in the agenda for this year's Annual General Meeting.
The Management is looking forward to the cooperation with the new Supervisory Board and thanks the former members, especially the former Chairman Prof. Dr. Ernst Brugger, for their efforts in the past.
