Rusoro announces filing of its annual and Q1 financial statements on SEDAR

VANCOUVER, Aug. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") (TSXV:RML) announces that it has filed its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 and its Q1 financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2013. The financial statements and related MD&A will be available on SEDAR and on the Company's website at www.rusoro.com.

Rusoro has applied to the Securities Commissions to have its Cease Trade Order ("Order") revoked and to the TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") for reinstatement to trade its securities. The Company will issue a news release to update its shareholders as soon as it becomes aware of the date the Order has been revoked and when its securities will resume trading on the Exchange.
