Company Affiliate Reports Receiving Final Granting of Statuatory Approvals for the Woodlawn Mining Projects

Aurora, July 11, 2013 - Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. (TOE - TSX Venture), ("Tri Origin" or the "Company") announces that affiliate company TriAusMin Limited (TOR:TSX) has been granted statutory approval to proceed with development of the Woodlawn deposit in New South Wales, Australia. The news release of July 10 by TriAusMin states that;

"(it) is pleased to announce that it has received final project approval for its Woodlawn Retreatment and Underground Projects from the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure ("DPI") under the Part 3A Major Projects of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Acts. The approval sets out the terms for the construction and operation of the Woodlawn Tailings Retreatment Project ("WRP”), and re-establishment of underground mining operations at Woodlawn.

TriAusMin's Managing Director Mr. Wayne Taylor commented, "We are delighted to have received regulatory approval to commence development of the Woodlawn Projects which will allow for a long-term mining operation to be established in the region. Production is expected to come from both the Tailings Retreatment Project and the high grade Underground Project and will establish TriAusMin as a producing mining company with significant operating cash flow. Production is, subject to financing, is expected to commence in 2015."

Tri Origin's investment in TriAusMin consists of 29,270,023 common shares. This investment is valued at $1,756,000 based on the July 10, 2013 closing price on the TSX. Tri Origin's management views the government project approvals as a significant step forward in TriAusMin's plan to achieve production of base and precious metal ores from Woodlawn and congratulates TriAusMin in its recent accomplishment.

Tri Origin is actively exploring for gold in the Canadian Shield. It's key projects are; Red Lake Extension ("RLX") at Red Lake, Ontario which is being funded through an option agreement with Osisko Mining Corporation the Sky Lake and North Abitibi Gold Projects nearby the Pickle Lake and Timmins/Kirkland Lake Gold Districts, respectively.
