Arian Resources Corp. pays cash guarantee installment in connection with gold exploration license in Albania

VANCOUVER, July 18, 2013 - Mr. Zahir (Zip) Dhanani, President and CEO of Arian, is pleased to announce that further to Arian's news release dated July 11, 2013, Arian's wholly-owned subsidiary, JAB Resources SHPK ("JAB"), has deposited a cash guarantee in the amount of US$347,914 (the "Guarantee Payment") with the National Licensing Center of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy, Republic of Albania (the "NLC") in connection with the gold exploration permit (the "Exploration License") that was issued by the NLC to Arian on July 11, 2013.For more information on the Exploration License, see Arian's news release dated July 11, 2013 which has been filed on Arian's SEDAR profile on www.sedar.com.
