Vancouver, BC - Cadan Resources Corporation (“Cadan”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yuzheng Xie to the Board of Directors and to the position of Executive Chairman. He is appointed a Director, effective immediately. Mr Xie has an extensive steel material marketing and trading background and is a seasoned dealmaker with experience in securing project finance and capitalizing junior mining companies. He brings to Cadan a network of financiers who will assist the Company in its future objectives.
