(“Hi Ho” or the “Company”) (CNSX: HHS) wishes to announce that further to its news release of June 20, 2013, the deemed price for the 300,000 common shares is $0.05 for the short-term secured demand loan from Vern Stromkins, a Director, in order to meet a time sensitive commitment.
