VANCOUVER, Jul 9, 2013 - Crosshair Energy Corp. (TSX:CXX) (OTCQB:CRHRF) ("Crosshair" or the "Company") announces that it has terminated the Letter of Intent ("LOI") with Wealth Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WML) to acquire all of Wealth Minerals' uranium properties in Argentina. The LOI was terminated by mutual agreement between Crosshair and Wealth.About Crosshair
