Crocodile Gold Announces Appointment of New President and Chief Executive Officer
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/03/13 -- Crocodile Gold Corp. (TSX: CRK)(OTCQX: CROCF)(FRANKFURT: XGC) ("Crocodile Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Rodney D. Lamond, P.Eng. as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 31, 2013.
Mr. Lamond brings a wealth of operational and technical experience to the Company, with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held a number of senior management positions where he was responsible for managing international exploration and mining development strategy, most recently at Nyrstar NV where he was Group General Manager for two years and previously the General Manager in Peru. Mr. Lamond's career has taken him through operations and project development in a number of international locations and he brings proven experience and capabilities to the Company to execute its objectives.
