01.07.2013  |  Marketwire

LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG -- (Marketwired) -- 07/01/13 -- Northland Resources S.A. (OSLO: NAUR)(FRANKFURT: NPK)(OMX: NAURo) - (together with its subsidiaries, "Northland" or "the Company") announces changes to the Company's management team.

Northland Resources is making changes to its management team in connection with the previously announced organizational consolidation to Norrbotten.

- Now that we've taken the step of moving Northland home to Norrbotten, including the relocation of most managerial functions, it is a natural time to make several changes to corporate management. This is also a reflection of Northland's migration from project to operations during the past year. There will now be a strong team in place to lead Northland, said Peter Pernlof, acting CEO.

The following changes are effective immediately:

-- Jonas Lundstrom is now Senior Vice President - Environment, Health &
Safety and Corporate Communications, which henceforth includes Investor
Relations

-- Hans Nilsson is now Vice President of Marketing & Logistics

-- Eva Johansson is now Vice President of Human Resources

-- Johan Dagertun is now Deputy COO and Vice President of Business
Development

No other members of the management team are affected by the changes.
