Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd.: BCSC Notice of Hearing
The Executive Director alleges that the Respondents contravened section 2.3(1)(b) of NI 43-101, and that Mr. Kocken and Dr. Ball authorized, permitted, or acquiesced in the Company's contravention of section 2.3(1)(b) of NI 43-101, by disclosing results of an economic analysis that included or was based on a target for further exploration.
The Notice of Hearing required the Respondents and/or their legal counsel to attend a preliminary hearing at the BCSC on May 28, 2013 to set a date for the hearing regarding this matter. The date of the hearing has been set for January 6, 2014.
