Midway Gold Grants Options
Midway Gold Corp. ('Midway')(TSX-V: MDW)(NYSE-MKT: MDW) announces that
John Labate joined the Company on April 30th and will assume
the role of Chief Financial Officer by May 9th. As authorized
by Midway's board of directors, Mr. Labate received a grant of incentive
stock options on a total of 200,000 shares of Midway's common stock
pursuant to the Company's shareholder approved stock option plan. The
options are exercisable for up to five years at a price of C$0.98 per
share. The exercise price was the last closing price of Midway's common
shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on April 30th, the date
the options were granted. The options are subject to vesting provisions
and any applicable regulatory hold periods.
